A five pound ball thrown on a wheel
Carved using both ends of a fork, the prong side was used to cut deep into the clay while the other end was used to smooth it out. Trimmed on the bottom to have even foot.
After Firing in a sold kiln, this pot is glazed with shiga black, volcanic ash, sana green, and soda ash.
From a series of three bowls, this one is one of the better ones.
